Bookings
for both cottages are from Saturday to Saturday only. |
|
|
We need time
to prepare your cottage so please plan to arrive at Les Hirondelles
after 5:00 pm. |
|
|
Cottages
must be vacated by 10:30 am on your departure date. |
|
|
Please note
that although the cottages have been imaginatively converted,
sadly their original construction renders them unsuitable
for the disabled. |
|
|
Payment details will be provided
on booking, payment is made at your local bank. |
|
|
£75
deposit per week per cottage secures any booking. Please note
that the deposit and final balance payments are non-refundable,
so please ensure you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
Telephone reservations are honoured for 14 days, after which,
if the deposit is not received the reservation will be cancelled. |
|
|
The final
balance is payable 2 months before arrival. If the balance
is not received by this time then your booking will be deemed
cancelled, and the property re-advertised. |
|
|
If a booking
is made within 2 months of your proposed arrival then the
total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking. |
|
|
Numbers in
excess of those agreed on the booking form, sub-letting, or
reassignment of the accommodation is not permitted without
the express permission of the owners. The facilities at Les
Hirondelles are for the exclusive use of resident guests,
you are welcome to have friends visit for the day during your
stay, however , to respect the rights of other guests they
will not be permitted to use the pool and garden facilities. |

Please note that the cottages
are non smoking. |

STRICTLY
NO PETS are allowed at Les Hirondelles cottages
or grounds, sorry. |
|
|
The owners
shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for
any loss, damage or injury incurred at Les Hirondelles cottages
or grounds, or through use of equipment or facilities. Likewise
the owners shall not be liable for any temporary defect or
stoppage in the supply of Public Services, nor in respect
of any temporary defect in equipment or appliances in the
cottage, grounds or swimming pool; nor for any loss, damage
or injury beyond the control of the owners. |

|
Unlike most
owners, we do not levy a deposit to cover damage during your
stay. We trust our guests to treat the property with respect
and don't worry about minor breakages such as the odd glass
or plate- accidents do happen and we want you to be able to
relax completely during your stay with us. We do charge for
more substantial damage to equipment and fittings. There is
an additional charge for cottages left in an unclean condition. |
